Grand Buffet and 84th toque Ceremony

Last January 28, 2023, CIC welcomes its 16 new Apprentice Chefs from Culinary Arts Batch Intensive 36 held at VIP Hotel. There were around 150 guests during the grand buffet and mostly were coming from the families, relatives and friends of Batch Intensive 36. The batch prepared different varieties of sumptuous meal for the guests. After the dinner, the toque ceremony followed.
During the toque ceremony, the students wear their chef uniforms and line up to receive their toques. The toques are presented to them by the institute’s faculty and staff, who offer words of wisdom and encouragement as the students embark on their culinary careers.
